Return Policy

We recommend you read our Return Policy prior to making a purchase from our website .This Returns Policy applies where you make a purchase online from our website
Requirements for a valid return:

  • Returns must be done within three (3) working days starting from the day you received the goods;
  • Your proof of purchase (order invoice number, purchase invoice and receipt); and
  • The product/item must not have been used, unopened and in their original packaging.

You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:-

  • Damaged to the bottle
  • Bottle leakage
  • Not as advertised
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts / items


NOTE: VIRAL SHIELD LIFE SCIENCE has the right to do investigation/evaluation on the product/item returned. In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.
 
Refund process only begins after we have completed our product investigation, evaluation and testing on your returned product/item. This process may take up to three (3) working days upon receiving of your returned product/item. We will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the result of our investigation and the approval or rejection of your return request. In the event your return is approved, you will receive your refund in store credit to your account including return courier charges (subject to the terms and conditions on Returns by Courier Services below)
within 7-14 working days. Any credit amount refunded to you have a validity of 6 (six) months from the date credited to your account.
The product/item purchased shall be non-returnable if:-

  • The product/item is opened or used;
  • Purchased at a discounted price and/or clearance goods;
  • The product/item has been purchased for more than three (3)working days;
  • The product/item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it;
  • The product/item has no defects and/or change of mind; or
  • You have defaulted on payment for the product/item.

Returns by Courier Services.

We will only reimburse you for the courier charges for the return of the product/item to us via Ninja Van or PosLaju. We will bear the full courier charges for the return of the product/item within Klang Valley. For outside Klang Valley, we will only bear half of the courier charges for the return of the product/item. We will not bear the courier charges if your return is not valid.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
  1. Full payment must be made for each product/item and order cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.
  2. Full payment must be made upon purchasing to avoid change of price.
  3. The price stated on Facebook or Instagram is subject to terms and conditions stated in our website.
  4. The price of the products/items stated in our website shall be FINAL.
  5. Item or product that has been delivered are NON-REFUNDABLE unless expressly provided herein.
  6. You are required to provide us with your name, correspondence address, e-mail and contact number when you make an order or purchase of product from our website.
  7. YOU SHALL NOTIFY US of any damages/defect of the product/item within one (1)working day from the date of purchase or date or receipt of the product/item, whichever is the later.
  8. By placing an order from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the above terms and conditions.
